Thank you RMF for the fantastic service!!!!
I am writing this email to say thank you for the professionalism i received at RMF. It is rare these days (in such a consumerist society) to find the standard of quality and service displayed by your staff member Julie! From the moment i called and enquired about one of your products (long single trundle) Julie was able to immediately assist me with information about dimensions, price, comfort quality, availability, delivery status and more. She did so in the most polite, professional and happy manner which is a true credit to her work ethic. She also followed up (by ringing me this week) on the delivery status of the bed and was able to expedite delivery ensuring that I'd have it prior to our guests arriving this weekend. This again showed her true commitment to customer satisfaction. I'd like to sincerely thank her for her assistance, professionalism and polite nature and will most definitely be recommending the services of RMF to all of my friends and family.
I'd also like to mention that Vasco your delivery man was equally as helpful and professional. He managed to organise delivery of the bed a day earlier than i had arranged with Julie as something unexpected came up which inhibited my availability on saturday.
All in all i am an incredibly satisfied customer - many thanks! I am a firm believer in giving credit to those who deserve it thus i felt it was necessary to email and let you know that you have outstanding staff working for you!!

We purchased Item no 74 in the bid2buy King size matress and base, with the Cosmopedic Visco memory foam mattress.
You may remember when we came to look at the bedding we bought i was a bit hesitant about the mattress and whether we would be able to sleep on it.
I have to say we are very very happy with the mattress, my husband had no problems adapting to the new mattress but i did take a couple of days to adjust but i have to say now i wake in the morning with no aches or pains where i used to before we got this mattress.
I have reccomended you and your company to a couple of people interested in this type of bed as i found you all very helpful and accomodating to us.

Attention John,
Just a quick note to thank you and your driver for the "Sumo" mattress you had delivered to Jannali yesterday. I find that many people in customer service and the delivery business should go find themselves a job that suits their skills. However your calm rational "facts only" approach was refreshing. More importantly we are happy with the mattress (after one night!). A special thanks too to Vasco who arrived at the precise time that you said he would. He never stopped smiling although he was at the end of a long day.

Hi Nick,
The bed arrived this morning at 10.30 am. G-R-E-A-T service !!! Thanks a lot. Deirdre is a flight attendant with Qantas and talks all the time with her co-workers and passengers. Lately she has been talking about beds, Sealy in particular, and has had lots of feedback and complaints, so now she will be giving everybody feedback on this bed and Rockdale Mattress Factory. I'm sure it will be bring you more business.
